Here are the list of kim joon ah powers

*water= he has the ability to control waters.both huge and small. To his opponent but he can't transform the water into a ice .
*transform= depending on how the battle was . he can easily transform into a liquid but with the shape of many. And he can penetrate to any place.
Do you know kim joon ah can choke you to death by getting into your nostril.
*manipulate=he can also bend the water from your body , this techniques is called the blood bender. It was one of the deadly techniques.
So technically kim joon ah can stand toe to toe with the league except shalom.
It was proving at TLOS season 4 last fight scene when kim joon ah blood bend shalom. Shalom hiding powers of the ravater was review , his eyes turn glow and there was a ball of fire in his hand and he buried kim join ah half way under the earth.
That gave us a prove that shalom can bend fire ,earth  also the ravater spirit curse his eyes to glow.
But no one know  if the remaining two element has unlocked ( water and air).

Kim joon ah is also a patialing a speedstar because when he transform into a liquid he his fast like the speed of wave.

One more thing do you know kim joon ah can  defeat James carter if he didn't give him enough prep time.

Why shalomsy claws metallic not like a 🐺 wolf or like other animal claws let's dive in to the past when shalom fell inside the Trivet he ended up falling in the three cylop. On was the one filled with lightening, the others one was a metallic liquid content and the last one was just a beam.
