According to my previous post on doctor ken why he will live long. Because he drank the Tranchnians water.

But the only different sam will young again  because his metadlox reaction curse him to young again.
Sam and gwen has a complicated relationship . in the future they don't seems to be together but they do have feelings with each others.

But sam later fell in love with a science lady who's role model was doctor ken..
