Tattooed man will be introduced  as a new superhero in our next story after blood 2 in @Hero's room . he will.go by the name Tashi Kia. And will be one of the brute less killer. After CAPTAIN DEALTH. he is going  to be a supportive character on our next story  same as the future story captain death ...

Ceasor has  erase everyone that come on his way and it was.successful for him because everyone he erase ,those closer.to the fellow will not have the ability to remember the ceasses person. Until one fateful day when ceasor erase stone Cold(lionel Snart) sister (nora). Stone cold was able to remember because all memories can only be found on water. So it is impossible for stone cold to forget his sister. But ceasor never know the case of shalom was different because shalom is an omnipotent being he can't be wiped off.
